Random acts of kindness

The world needs more human kindness. Without it, we won’t survive. The random acts of kindness (RAK) movement is centered around making kindness the norm by spreading kindness to friends, family, coworkers, neighbors, and even strangers. This not only benefits your community, but according to a Harvard Business School survey of happiness, those who are altruistic are happier. There’s no limit to what you can do when it comes to an act of kindness. It can be as simple as complimenting a stranger or leaving a generous tip for your server. Whatever you choose, the goal is to be intentional with three random acts of kindness this week.

A good fit for you, if:

  • You believe that the world could use more kindness

  • You’re looking for ways to give back to your community

  • You want to feel happier and more energized
