OK, let’s get started.

Step 1

This cozo involves taking a free, online course for 10 weeks. We recommend starting the course at the beginning of a new month. So the first step is to get yourself in a learning mindset and be ready to kick off the course at the first of the upcoming month.

Step 2

When you’re ready to start the course, enroll here: The Science of Well-being

You’ll want to create an account and determine if you want to earn a certificate for $49. This is completely optional and you are welcome to skip and select Full Course, No Certificate.

Step 3

Begin the course! Each week is ~2 hours of content or less. You can do it all in one sitting or split it up throughout the week, however you best learn. 

Just make sure to do the rewirements. That is one of the most important and rewarding parts of taking this course!
